When you're first getting started with video marketing, other than a camera, which in many

cases is a phone or tablet, the first equipment purchase is a tripod.

However, how do you know which tripod you should buy?

I do always suggest to think about the long term.

Are you going to be setting up your shots and then leaving the framing alone?

Or are you ever going to want to pan or tilt the camera smoothly?

That is the difference between investing in a monopod or tripod with a fluid head.

Speaking of the head of the tripod, how do you want to make sure it's balanced?

With more economic friendly tripods you have to loosen the legs or sticks of the tripod

and then adjust until the tripod is perfectly level.

If you're willing to spend more, however save time, then you may want to consider purchasing

a ball head where you can quick adjust and level the camera.

The entire Russian collusion narrative is beginning to boomerang on the Democrats, and

it may end up taking down some prominent Republicans along the way.

Yesterday, we reported that it's now been confirmed that Hillary Clinton and the DNC

both helped to fund the so-called "Russian dossier" that was filled with lies and fabrications

about President Trump.

The bombshell news shook the political world and we have yet to see what the full fallout

from it will be; however, what we do know is that there were Republicans involved with

the ordeal.

The Washington Post report released late Tuesday night revealed that an unknown Republican

initially funded the research by former British spy Christopher Steele, before the law firm

Perkins Coie and the Clinton campaign continued funding his work through Fusion GPS.

The Clinton campaign paid Perkins Coie $5.6 million in legal fees from June 2015 to December

2016, according to campaign finance records, and the DNC paid the firm $3.6 million in

"legal and compliance consulting'' since November 2015 — though it's impossible

to tell from the filings how much of that work was for other legal matters and how much

of it related to Fusion GPS.

Additionally, we know that RINO Senator John McCain was the one who passed the dossier

along to the FBI in January because he admitted as much, the Daily Mail reported.

Sworn Donald Trump enemy John McCain admitted Wednesday that he passed the dossier of claims

of a Russian blackmail plot against the president-elect.

The Arizona senator issued a public statement amid mounting questions of his exact role

in the affair – and how a document riddled with errors and unverifiable claims came to

be published.

'Late last year, I received sensitive information that has since been made public,' he said.

'Upon examination of the contents, and unable to make a judgment about their accuracy, I

delivered the information to the Director of the FBI.

'That has been the extent of my contact with the FBI or any other government agency

regarding this issue.'

Further, we also know that former FBI Director James Comey attempted to use the bogus dossier

full of wacked-out allegations as leverage to keep his job within the FBI – an effort

that proved to be an abysmal failure.

Again, the full fallout from this ordeal has yet to be seen.

However, the more we learn about this ridiculous dossier, the more evident it becomes that

it was created just to take down the President.

Thank God they were unsuccessful.

There are some sleeping positions that you can try that may help you get your much-needed

rest.

SOS – Sleeping on Side: You probably know you should sleep on your

side if possible, since it'll reduce the amount of pressure on your uterus and help

you breathe better.

Plus, the position will help relieve backaches.

And there actually is a good side.

Sleeping on your left side can help increase the amount of blood and nutrients that flow

to the baby.

Prop yourself up: If you tend to experience heartburn and acid

reflux during the night while you're pregnant, elevating your head, while you sleep can do

you a world of good.

By propping up your head and upper body, you can lessen the amount of pressure put on your

upper abdomen, which can prevent the reflux from occurring.

It can also make it easier for you to breathe if the pressure from your growing belly has

been putting more pressure on your upper body.

GETTING COMFORTABLE WHILE SLEEPING.

Use lots of pillows: Try crossing one leg over the other and putting one pillow between

them, and another pillow behind your back — or any other combination that helps you

sleep.

Get a special pillow.

For extra support, try using a wedge- shaped pillow or a 5-foot full-body pillow.

What Sleep Positions During Pregnancy Should I Avoid?

Sleeping on your back: This can cause problems with backaches, breathing,

the digestive system, hemorrhoids, low blood pressure and cause a decrease in circulation

to your heart and your baby.

This is a result of your abdomen resting on your intestines and major blood vessels (the

aorta and vena cava).

Sleeping on your stomach: When you are farther along in your pregnancy,

your abdomen undergoes physical changes and makes it more difficult for you to lay on

your stomach.

That's not a great idea, either.

When you lay face down, your stomach presses on your expanding uterus.

Just avoid this wrong sleeping position during pregnancy.
