WHICH LANGUAGE WILL I LEARN THIS YEAR? 😜 - Duration: 5:44.

Well, some people have been asking me

which language I'm going to learn this year,

so I've decided to make this video to

tell you a little bit about what I intend

to learn in 2017.

In fact, I don't have any plans to

learn any languages per

se, but I'm very committed to

learning what some people call

the universal language which is music.

Those of you who follow me on other social media know

that last year I bought a guitar,

but to tell you the truth, I've only taken lessons

for only a month and then, I stopped

practicing completely because it was a little

hard to carry it around. So I

traveled, spent months without playing, and when I

came back, I had already forgotten all

I had learned because just like in the

case of languages, to learn music,

you also have to practice every day.

And then, talking to a friend

about the problem of carrying the

guitar, he suggested: "why don't you

buy an ukulele?"

So...

Ta-da!

Since the first time I

touched this instrument, I fell in love with it.

It's small, portable, it produces a beautiful

and sweet sound, just like I like it.

And as I've mentioned before, there are

many parallels between learning a

language and learning to play an instrument

and two of the parallels are embarrassment and fear.

Many times, we end up

feeling embarrassed to speak a foreign language

because of the fear of making mistakes. And when we

have been studying a language for a long time,

it can get even worse because we

think:

"gosh, I've been studying English for

ten years, I should be fluent by now, but

I'm not," so that ends you blocking

us even more. So in this video, I'd

like to encourage you to every time

you start learning a

new skill, take a risk

since day one because there's

less pressure, the expectations are

lower,

we accept mistakes as normal and

the more mistakes we make, the more

we learn. Having that in mind, I

decided that I'm going to play a song for

you

in this video and be seen by thousands of

people

even though I've started learning to play

the ukulele only a few weeks ago. Am I

fearful and embarrassed?

Of course. But I've decided I won't

let fear control my

musical journey,

I won't let fear control my

learning of this new language.

Well, I'm going to play an excerpt of a

song called "Loving Strangers" by a

Spanish singer called Russian Red,

she is Spanish, but she plays...her songs

are in English and she plays a

music style which is totally

different from the latin style of the style

we usually associate with Spain

and I love unpredictable people and I

think Russian Red is one of them,

so if you don't know

her work yet, go check it out

because what she does with her voice is

unbelievable, unbelievable .

How To Test Which Plastics Are Safe With Polymer Clay - Duration: 14:28.

Hi guys, it's Cindy Lietz, your Polymer

Clay Tutor and today in the PcT Test Lab,

we are going to learn how to test

plastics to see if they're compatible

with polymer clay. Now, if you have some

raw polymer clay and you want to store

it somewhere, you can't just throw it

into any old plastic container or

plastic wrap because it might be

incompatible. And the reason for that is

is that polymer clay is basically a

plastic clay, so what's in it is

plasticizers, oils, pigments, binders,

fillers, all kinds of different chemicals

and products and their materials. And in

its raw state, the plasticizers are

kind of wet, if you want to call it that.

They're available to leach out into

whatever it's sitting in, so if whatever

you have it sitting in is going to react

with it, then you can run into all kinds

of problems. If you store raw polymer

clay in a container that is not

compatible, it will leave it frosted, eat

into it, do some really weird things. For

example, I've got some polymer clay here

that I just found in some craft supplies

that my mom gave me where she obviously

used a plastic wrap that was not

compatible with the polymer clay. The

wrap itself feels all weird and kind of

soft and sticky, and weird feeling, and

you can see the clay has been completely

destroyed. It's just... it's been

leached out and it's all broken, and now

it just needs to be thrown out. Here is a

plastic wrap that was just fine with the

polymer clay. This is the Glad Press n Seal,

and I did some testing with it in a

video previously, and you can check that

out to learn more about it, but this

clay is just fine. So what are you going

to do? Like how are you going to know

which is the right kind of plastic? So there's... if you can find out the

number, the recycling number, on the

bottom of the container, so here for

example, is a pill bottle, and this is the

recycling number here, it's in the little

triangle. And this is the number two

plastic, if you can find that number on

the plastic, then you can find out what

type of plastic it is. The types of

plastic that are safe for polymer clay

are the Polyethylene, which is Number 1,

Number 2, and Number 4. Those are all

safe, so the Number 1 plastics are

these ones here that... food containers,

water bottles, pop bottles, that kind of thing.

Number 2 plastic, so those are

Polyethylene Terephthalate, there's a

bunch of big names and crazy stuff here

to learn. The Number 2 plastic is also

a Polyethylene, but it's a high-density

Polyethylene, it's safe for polymer clay, and

the Number 4 plastic is a low-density

Polyethylene, and these Ziploc bags are

made with a number 4 Polyethylene

plastic, and so are a few other things.

but some of the plastic wraps and that

kind of thing.

Now, some of the plastics, there's also

this container here, this lid here is a Number 4

plastic. Another number that is safe

for polymer clay is the Number 5, and that

is a Polypropylene. There's a lot of

things in Number 5 plastic, this Glad

little container here is a Number 5

plastic, the bottom part of this

container is the Number 5, and this

drawer here is the Number 5 plastic,

and it's safe for polymer clay. And you

can often see they're sort of a cloudy

plastic usually, and they're usually

flexible. Then there are a

couple of other numbers that are not

safe for polymer clay. So the Number

3 is PVC, so that is actually... polymer

clay is a PVC clay, and the reason why

it's not going to be compatible is

because it's too similar.

So a raw clay, it's got the same kind of

plasticizers as a baked clay, it will

want to bond with it, and so it sort of

melts into it and that kind of thing.

Another example is PVC... is PVC pipe, also

vinyl, so vinyl flooring is a problem, it's not

compatible. So if you drop polymer clay

onto a vinyl floor, you want to get that

picked up right away, otherwise it's

going to eat into that and leave some

marks on your floor. Also a shower

curtain, that type of vinyl is made of

PVC plastic. Now, another plastic that's

not compatible is Number 6, and that is

polystyrene. The weird thing about

Polystyrene is it looks different in

different forms, so this is the Number 6 Polystyrene and it looks flexible

and kind of similar to some of the other

plastics over there.

This is also Polystyrene, this is a hard,

crunchy plastic, that CD cases and things

are made up. If you leave a piece of

polymer clay sit on here for very long,

depending on the brand of polymer

clay, you'll get different etching

and things happening to it. And I'm

gonna show you an example of that in a

minute but this is also Polystyrene, but

it's called Expanded Polystyrene so it...

what they've done is they have expanded

it, somehow they've put air into it or

something chemical or something, and

fluffed it up and turned it into a foam.

So don't leave a polymer clay liquid

polymer clay, raw polymer clay sitting

on top of one of these styrofoam plates

because it'll eat right through it.

In fact, I had a comment from someone

recently that had that very problem.

Now, it starts getting kind of confusing

when there is

no writing on the box, sometimes they

don't put a symbol, they don't say

anything at all and that's the case here

with this little container. In fact,

this one had a hard crunchy bottom and a

soft flexible top. I have a whole bunch

of these my mom had them left over from a

classroom, and I thought well I should

better... I better test them to see if

they're going to be compatible with

storing polymer clay or liquid clay into

it. And so what I've done is I've made a

little test batch here. And I did this

more than a month ago, I took a little

sample of each of the polymer clay that

I have in my studio, I put some on the

lid and some on the plastic, the

inside and we'll test them and see how

they did. The brands that I used was

Pardo, Fimo Classic, Soufflé, Premo and I just realized this when I

was looking at it. I accidentally put two

samples of Pardo, for some reason I

really want to know about the Pardo, I

also have PVClay, Kato clay, and Cernit.

So... and I've done the same ones on the

inside, only one Pardo in that case. Let's

just pop this lid off and take a look

at those pieces and see if they did

anything to the... to the plastic

because the labels are still there. I can

remove them without... and I'll still

know what was there. So I'm going to

remove that, I don't see anything there

from the Cernit, so that's fine,

the PVClay there's nothing there,

Kato clay, oh there's a little bit of

something, but maybe I think that's just

residue from the Kato. Yep it hasn't eaten

into the plastic at all. BeeSputty, let's

try that one,

rub it off and see if it's clean, yeah

it's fine it hasn't eaten into there. Let's try

that Pardo, it's fine too. Fimo Classic,

fine. Souffle, that's fine.

Premo, I'm not terribly surprised because

I was pretty sure that this was the

Number 5 plastic just by the way it

was looking and behaving, and Pardo again,

if it's not the same, that would be crazy.

OK, so we can see that other than a

little bit of residue from the clay it

hasn't eaten into the plastic, it's just

fine. So that would be safe to store it

in this. On the other hand, I suspect we

have a different problem because I could

see it from the outside now, some of

these I stuck... I stuck him to the inside

just so that they wouldn't get all dirty

and stuff but I stuck them up a little higher.

This is the Pardo and you can see I

had it sitting up here and it has slid

down and it's left a frosted spot here

which I cannot wipe off, so that ate into

that. And also let's see if I might need

a little tool, I'll try to pull it off,

it's gotten really... see that? It's

all weird and sticky, it's eating right

into that. So obviously, the Pardo is not

compatible with this particular plastic

which is... this one is a Number 6 of

Polystyrene and I'm quite sure.

BeeSputty, same thing, I stuck this up higher

and it slid down, you can see some

frosting there, I can scrape but it is

frosted, and yeah, it's stuck and weird

all gummy and really stuck there. so it's

a problem as well. Here is the Cernit, I

can see some... it slid a little bit, I

didn't stick it quite as high but I can

see it's going to cause a problem.

You can see all that plastic there is all

stretchy and gummy, and the clay just

starts breaking apart because it's

pulling the plasticizers out of it.

Alright, so let's try the ones on the

bottom here, we've got Souffle,

and it's really etched right in there,

you can barely scrape it off.

Alright, so let's move to Premo,

as you can see, we can see that there are...

Now see this one isn't as bad so it must

have a little bit different plasticizers

in it but it's still bonding with the

with the plastic and leaving a problem there.

Let's try the PVClay, yeah, no that's the same

sort of problem and it just turned the

clay into dust. We'll try the Kato, the Kato

isn't as bad, it's still etched on there,

but it might clean off.

It's not as bad, I'm actually surprised

by that. OK, so what is this one,

this is the Fimo Classic, I believe, yeah, Fimo.

Oh look at that one, it was just pulling the

plastic right out of there. They're really...

it's on there bad, so gummy and see this is

stretching like... it is eaten in there bad

and what do we got... no that's it.

So as you can see, each of the different

brands were a little bit different. I was

surprised by the Kato, actually, because

it has such a vinyl smell that I would

have figured it was going to be the

worst one, but you never quite know

what's in those clays because each of

the formula is a little bit different

and it will react with the different

plastics, so make sure you are testing if

you do not know which type of plastic

your container or your plastic wrap is

made of. Alight, so just to recap the

safe plastics, if you do know the number

of, it's Number 1, Number 2, Number 4

and Number 5. And the not safe ones

are Number 3 and Number 6.

There is a Number 7 category, it's called

Other. And the problem with the Other is

they throw a whole bunch of different

types of plastic in that Other.

One of the plastics is acrylic. Acrylic

is safe but there's a bunch of other

ones and Nylon, a Teflon and a bunch of

other plastics that may or may not be safe.

So 7 is an iffy category, I wouldn't

count on that one at all. If you see

something with the seven on it, make sure

to test it for sure. So I hope that was

helpful for you. If it was, do let us know

Why We Pick and Choose Which Science to Believe - CC - Duration: 9:28.

GWEN IFILL: So, even snowfall can spark debate.

Some say it's proof global warming doesn't exist.

Others argue it is proof climate change is behind the extreme weather.

It's just another example where science and doubt feed on each other.

We wondered whether that divide, what you might call a culture of disbelief, is taking

hold.

WOMAN: Every parent has a right to choose what is in the best interest of their children.

If you go online and you read, there's horrific stories.

GWEN IFILL: Those stories are about vaccines.

And it's the kind of misinformation that health officials say has dangerous consequences.

More than 140 cases of measles have surfaced in 17 states.

That's in under two months.

There were nearly 700 cases all of last year.

A decade ago, there were fewer than 50 Most who've gotten sick this year, including

in an outbreak at California's Disneyland, were not vaccinated, this in spite of efforts

from health officials to calm doubts about the vaccines themselves.

DR.

VIVEK MURTHY, U.S. Surgeon General: They know they are safe, that they are effective when

it comes to measles, and that they are what the scientific community recommends.

GWEN IFILL: For many, the debate over what is true and what is believable extends far

and wide.

According to the Pew Research Center, 86 percent of scientists think childhood vaccines should

be required.

But just 68 percent of U.S. adults agree.

On another hot-button issue, climate change, the gulf is even wider; 87 percent of scientists

believe climate change is caused by human activity.

Only half of adults agree.

The biggest gap in the Pew survey: the safety of genetically modified foods; 88 percent

of scientists say they're OK to eat, but only 37 percent of adults surveyed buy into

that.

No matter what the scientists say, the disconnect extends to other issues as well, including

evolution and the value of using animals in research.

National Geographic magazine's March cover story tackles those issues.

We're joined by its author, Joel Achenbach, a writer for The Washington Post, and Cary

Funk, the associate director of research at the Pew Research Center, who came up with

some of those interesting numbers we just saw.

Joel, why is nothing settled?

JOEL ACHENBACH, The Washington Post: Everything is contested now.

I think one of the differences today is just the Internet.

It has changed the whole information universe.

It's democratized, small-D, information out there.

There are fewer sort of gatekeepers of knowledge.

Instead, people go out and seek information, and they often find what they're looking

for that reinforces their belief.

The Internet, you know, it doesn't facilitate consensus, as anyone has noticed who's gone

on the Internet.

Instead, it creates these sort of filter bubbles, these rabbit holes, these echo chambers.

And these communities of sort of alternative knowledge develop that are often in opposition

to the scientific mainstream.

GWEN IFILL: So, you can selectively find something to support whatever it is you already…

JOEL ACHENBACH: Whatever you believe.

GWEN IFILL: … to believe.

So, as you were doing the research, Cary Funk, did people give reasons for why they absolutely

disagree with what the scientists say?

CARY FUNK, Pew Research Center: In some cases.

Certainly, when it game to G.M. foods, we asked a second follow-up question about whether

or not scientists have a clear understanding of the health effects of G.M. foods, and about

two-thirds said, no, they don't have a clear understanding.

So, in that case, it looks like there's some skepticism about how much knowledge there

is.

GWEN IFILL: Is the skepticism defined by gender or age or any other kind of educational level?

CARY FUNK: I mean, that's actually what's really interesting, looking across this set

of science-related topics, is that it varies depending on what issue we're talking about.

So, I think vaccines, we were talking about, has a strong relationship with age.

Younger adults are less likely to say vaccines should be required.

But when it came to something, I think, like the safety of G.M. foods, age groups don't

really differ.

GWEN IFILL: Joel?

JOEL ACHENBACH: One thing that's different about the world we're in today is, this

is such a highly engineered world that's more complicated than the one that my grandmother

lived in on the farm in Indiana.

I mean, she didn't have to worry about genetically modified foods.

She grew her own food out in the garden.

GWEN IFILL: So, there was no question.

JOEL ACHENBACH: There's no question that we are faced with these technological issues

that are — they're not intuitive, that we have to do a lot of risk analysis of things

that we don't know very much about.

And although science will say, well, this is the consensus on it, this is the best science

has to offer, it's easy nowadays to find contrarian views, anti-scientific views, pseudoscientific

views, whether it's Bigfoot or UFOs or whatever.

And some of these issues are, I think, really important issues for the future of the planet.

Climate change is such a contentious issue now, even though it wasn't nearly as divisive

just 15, 20 years ago.

GWEN IFILL: Well, I wonder whether there has always been a community of contrarians who

have always existed and that perhaps these kinds of issues and the technology feeds that

and allow it to exist and to flourish.

CARY FUNK: Yes.

I mean, the Internet and the rise of the Internet is certainly one source of change, but scientific

innovation is also picking up the pace.

That's happening at a faster, faster pace, and science is really a big, broad cluster

or conglomeration of topics.

It's not one thing.

So that's part of what we're seeing, is that there are lots of attitudes that are

influenced by longstanding values, religious beliefs, political beliefs, other personal

experiences.

And that's actually a longstanding pattern we have seen many years, but we have new issues.

GWEN IFILL: And people aren't necessarily anti-science in these views, I gather.

CARY FUNK: Right.

JOEL ACHENBACH: No, but people love science.

GWEN IFILL: They do.

JOEL ACHENBACH: I mean, scientists have an enormous amount of respect and trust in a

society in which a lot of institutions do not anymore.

I mean, look at Congress or even look at the news media.

But scientists in general are respected.

And when I did my interview for the "National Geographic" story, I was struck at how,

on even these really contention issues, people don't say, I don't believe in science.

They say, well, I have my own set of facts, my own information, my own science.

GWEN IFILL: Were you surprised how big the gaps were in agreement on this, Cary?

CARY FUNK: Yes, actually, we were.

One thing, we were surprised about the size of the gaps.

That 51-point gap on the safety of G.M. foods was larger than I have seen over 30 years,

as well as the frequency of gaps across the set of diverse issues.

GWEN IFILL: Who benefits when the divide goes that deeply?

Who is — there certainly is an industry out there which is interested in keeping the

differences on display.

JOEL ACHENBACH: Well, I think that there are people who are demagogues in the media world

that benefit from, you know, dividing and conquering.

They want to have people who — they want to say, trust only me on this issue.

I think the stakes are large for all of us in this more technological, engineered world,

where we need to get this stuff right, because, I mean, just last week, the National Academy

of Sciences put out a report on geoengineering.

And one of the ideas is shooting up aerosols into the atmosphere to block sunlight as a

way of combating climate change potentially, a very iffy idea.

Should we do something like that?

And the public needs to be to — to understand how science works, understand the process

of it.

And we all need to try to find sources that we can trust that are reliable because the

stakes are so large.

GWEN IFILL: You see, but that's the point, sources that we can trust that are reliable.

And you can decide what you consider your source is.

JOEL ACHENBACH: This show right here.

GWEN IFILL: Right here — other than this program.

(LAUGHTER) GWEN IFILL: I wonder whether a little skepticism

isn't helpful in the public debate, in the public arena?

CARY FUNK: There are so many issues.

In fact, what you brought up is an example of how much there would be to know if you

tried to master the whole universe.

JOEL ACHENBACH: Right.

GWEN IFILL: Right.

CARY FUNK: And that's probably not realistic.

People are busy.

They have multiple things they do in their lives.

And studying all the scientific issues is probably not the only thing they have in mind.

JOEL ACHENBACH: And you're exactly right.

Skepticism is good.

And scientists are skeptics.

Doubt is a tool in science.

And it's a tool in journalism, too.

We don't believe everything we're told.

We try to figure out…

GWEN IFILL: We're not supposed to.

JOEL ACHENBACH: We're not supposed to.

GWEN IFILL: Well, this has an effect, we assume, on policy somewhere along the line.

JOEL ACHENBACH: Yes.

And then the question is, for scientists — you can take it away here — is, on — the most

recent poll showed that I think it was 87 percent of scientists think they should be

involved with policy issues, but involved in what way is the question.

CARY FUNK: Right.

And that remains an open question.

And I think, really, science issues have become civic issues.

So, for the public as well, the question is, you know, how does this play into their policy

views?

GWEN IFILL: It's very fascinating.

And I get the feeling we're going to see a lot more gaps widening and closing, or maybe

not closing.

Cary Funk from the Pew Research Center, Joel Achenbach of The Washington Post, National

Geographic, thank you very much.

JOEL ACHENBACH: Thank you.

CARY FUNK: Thank you.

5 Social Situations in which Belarusian is spoken - Duration: 4:27.

- Hey, hey! This is Conor the Language Tsar so

I'm back here my friend Tonya who is from Belarus and today we're going to talk about

the Belarusian language and ... Belarusian

is not exactly like Russian. It's pretty

close. It's kind of in between Ukrainian

and Russian and Polish a little bit and

I was recently in Belarus so that's why I'm so interested in learning a

little bit more about the language

because I went to Minsk and to Grodno. So Tonya I

noticed when I was in Minsk and in Grodno that while I can read and see a lot

of Belarusian you know on buses, on signs a little

bit, I didn't really hear very many

people speak it.

So in what social context in Belarus do

people actually speak in Belarusian?

- Ok first maybe when we go to the theater and feel closer to the actors. - So the

actual plays are in Belarusian or you speak to

other people in Belarusian? - Yes, they are.

- So it's really popular to go to the theater in

Belarusian as opposed to Russian?

-Yeah. Also I would speak Belarusian if I would date

an actor or a student of the philological department probably.

- Ok and does that happen very often?

- Not really! - You can transform your love life ...

Sid you have to learn before in order to

pick up the guys from the philological

department. It that a tactic? - That might be the key to his

heart actually. Why not? - Languages being the key to someone's heart.

Definitely a strategy that I've also implemented but not in Belarus. - I would also probably

use the Belarusian language when I go to

visit my grandma in the village.

- In the villages - is that because people are a little

more traditional? Is that sense? - Or maybe because

education is worse and they don't actually know proper Russian. It's a mixture of Belarusian and Russian.

- Is this similar to Surzhyk, like they have

between Ukrainian and Russian?

- Yes, we have a word for Surzhyk. It's more like 'Trasianka'. - Trasianka! Ok,

close enough - not really! So it has grammar from

one and words thrown in from the other and

endings ... - Or incorrect pronunciation!

- Because that's quite common in Ukraine along the linguistic border

between Russian and Ukrainian. You have this Surzhyk phenomenon. - It's also very popular in Belarus.

I know exactly one person who always uses Trasianka. - What are the other social

contexts do you use it in? For example if I'm

involved in the political opposition or I want to create my own opposition

party or I want to be elected. - It's an

idea to speak in Belarusian and if there is

a special day in the country that the language

is spoken on? - Yeah. There's a day of the native language or

the National Language Day. - So it's Родной Язык

in Russian? - Міжнародны дзень роднай мовы

- Роднай мовы, ok and then everybody just

suddenly switches from Russian to Belarusian

on that day? - Yeah they kind

of encourage you to do so. Most people just

put on their status on their

social networks. - Okay so for one day of the year

Belarusian is cool. - Yeah, okay and the

other 364 then not so cool.

Okay that's great. So they were the five social

contexts in Belarus that people normally

speak in Belarusian as opposed to

Russian now when I was there in

reality everybody spoke in Russian so

in the contexts I was in so this is

definitely a good informative video about

when you would actually use the language

and maybe maybe I'm going to go back to

Belarus and learn some

Belarusian. When I go back to Belarus I

know Belarusian is used for one day of the

year, if I went up in prison for being a

political opponent, if I want to pick up

the chicks philological department,

- Or the theater department. - Or if I want to go to the

theater and enjoy that you know very

rich Belarusian literature and culture, if I

happen to find my long-lost grandma

(бабулая) who lives in a village! - Да пабачэння! - Да пабачэння! (Goodbye in Belarusian)

DIY Stop Eating These Foods Which Can Trigger Inflammation Every Girl Should Know & Easy

Thank you.

You've probably tried cutting back on your calorie intake and constantly worked out in

the gym but if you're still having a hard time losing excess fat in your midsection,

chances are your body is going against your need to lose weight.

There are many factors that can contribute to this condition such as stress, lack of

sleep and such.

It is also possible that the foods that you are eating are actually causing inflammation

which prevents your body to burn fat.

So which foods are actually triggering inflammation in your body?

Well, here are some that you should take note of.

Vegetable oil.

Processed foods that we so love to eat are often injected with vegetable oil.

The problem with this is that vegetable oil contains high amounts of omega-6 which can

actually cause inflammation unlike omega-3 which prevents this from occurring.

Meat.

You don't really need to become a vegan but you should make it a point to consider

meat as the background on your plate rather than being the main character.

Poultry and meat are considered as inflammatory foods so make sure that you add more vegetables

and whole grains on your plate to balance things out.

Artificial additives.

The term artificial means chemicals or compounds that our body don't normally produce.

So imagine the amounts of artificial additives we consume on a daily basis based on the processed

foods and sweetened snacks that we indulge ourselves with.

Iodized salt.

Too much salt on our body can trigger inflammation so instead of using iodized salt, Celtic salt

or sea salt might be a better alternative.

Keep in mind that sodium goes along with magnesium, potassium, and calcium so try using unrefined

salt as it contains more minerals aside from sodium.

Dairy.

Eating a moderate amount of yogurt can actually help prevent inflammation from occurring but

having dairy products on a regular basis can do the opposite.

Consuming full-fat dairy has actually been found to disrupt the healthy bacteria in our

gut.

If you're feeling a bit bloated after eating some cheese, this might be a trigger for inflammation.

Alcohol.

Another type of food that can trigger inflammation is alcohol.

High in sugar content, alcoholic beverages can take a toll on your liver because it triggers

inflammation.

This is why you need to keep your intake down to a minimum or not drink alcohol.

Sweets and white sugar.

Believe it or not, indulging your sweet tooth can actually trigger inflammation in your

body.

The good news is that you don't really need to give up on your favorite sweeteners but

you need to minimize your intake.

Instead of grabbing a chocolate bar for a snack, snack on fruits instead as they can

satisfy your sweet tooth.

These are just a few examples of foods that can actually cause inflammation to occur.

As much as possible, reduce your intake of them whenever possible so you don't have

to suffer from health issues that are related to inflammation.
