Having already signed a (mostly symbolic) executive order on Obamacare on Friday night,

urging US agencies to "waive, defer, grant exemptions from, or delay the implementation"

of provisions deemed to impose fiscal burdens on states, companies or individuals, Trump

is preparing to unload a volley of many more executive orders.

Courtesy of Axios, which quotes "one of the best-wired Republican lobbyists in town",

here is a preview of the initial round of Trump executive actions, some of which may

hit as soon as Sunday afternoon:

Look for a possible hiring freeze at executive branch

5-year lobbying ban on transition and administration officials

Mexico City policy, which prevents foreign NGOs from getting U.S. family planning money

if they provide abortions with non-U.S. funds.

(It's already illegal to use U.S dollars on abortions.)

Task the Defense Secretary and joint chiefs to come up with plan to eviscerate ISIS

Report on readiness, and something cyber security related

Border/immigration: Something on sanctuary cities, expand E-Verify, an extreme vetting

proposal Trade: Withdraw from TPP and a thorough review

of NAFTA Axios also notes that "the Mexico City executive

order could come as soon as today."

The �budget reconciliation� process allows the majority party to instruct various committees

budget resolution that Congress is supposed to pass by April of each year.

Legislation passed pursuant to these instructions enjoys procedural protections in the House

and Senate; most importantly, it is immune to filibuster in the Senate and thus needs

only 51 votes to pass.

The budget resolution can provide instructions to pass as many as three reconciliation bills,

one dealing with tax or revenue changes, one dealing with spending changes, and one dealing

with the debt limit.

This year, tax reform is likely to be addressed through reconciliation, as are changes to

the Affordable Care Act (�Obamacare�).

It is possible that congressional leaders might also consider using this process to

address infrastructure funding, certain entitlement program reforms, or the debt limit increase

that appear to be necessary by Q3.

grandmother both went to the barn to

milk the cows leaving my auntie sweeping

the house they finished milking the cows

and my grandmother headed back to the

house while my grandfather stayed in the

barn to finish some work when she

approached the house my grandmother

noticed the door was ajar and swing

gently in the wind

she figured it was probably nothing but

was nervous just the same

she called for my grandfather who

reluctantly came to feed her nerves they

entered the house together and heard the

sound of the toilet flushing strange

aunt had begun screaming the light

today I am gonna talking about my 2016 fav , ride or die make up product

I saw a lot of youtuber already upload the video, I knew I am so late

I finally have time , actually is 11pm now

I do it for you guys even my skin will getting old

so the product I mention today is not all 2016 new announce product

mainly I will talking about the product I used the mostly all year

maybe some of them you already heard me talking bout it a lot of time

in between maybe still have some new product this year

they are all my favourite and ride or die product

first of all , lets talk about make up base

those three the ones get the best award of the year

so don't say 3 bases are too much, they are all different function

this is my fav sun screen, this is my fav make up base

this is my fav pore base

this one is LA ROCHE-POSAY AQUA FRWSH GEL

it is a 50spf pa++++ sun screen

it is really liquid texture

price is reasonable, you can buy it in mannings

it doesn't feel make me feel sensitive

it has really high spf

I used this one for more than 2 years

and it doesn't feel as greasy as sun screen at all even in summer

thats why I really love it

the second one is YSL TOP SRCRET INSTANT MOISTURE GLOW

it is not a long time I get it in hand for the full size

but I tried the sample size before

I already feel really good , after I got it. I have no regret

and it silky feeling just like a velvet fabric

it would cover face pore and also moisture the face

it is a product for 2 ways !

of coz this pore covering is not as good as Benefit the PoreFessional

this one is only for cover your pore, it doesn't have moisture function

if you only can buy one, I will suggest YSL

but YSL is more pricy than benefit

if you want only pore covering , then benefit is your choice

for foundation , I got 3 fav also , it also has different performances

so I really need to show you all

my fav foundation 2016 is this one : bourjois health mix serum , my color is 52 vanilla

this one is more light to medium coverage , bourjois has another line , there is one more foundation is medium coverage

but I like the one more as it feels more natural and is not fully coverage

somebody said it oxidises a lot after few hours wearing

I don't feel oxidising that much

also I used it today from 1pm until 12am now

I don't feel oxidise at all

maybe be this foundation at the beginning is a bit whiter than my natural skin I guess

now I feel totally perfect with my neck

so I like it so much , it is so moisture , the finish is so dewy and glow

you don't feel you put on a lot of foundation at all

as I have really dry skin in winter, after I used this, I don't have any caky

I areal brought a lot of stock , you guys should try it too

as you can buy it in hk

except foundation, I also like to use tinted moisturiser

coz I don't like really thick foundation when I go to work

my fav tinted moisturiser is Laura mercier

it is moisture also balance my skin tone ,it has spf 20

it is perfect for work

I like that kind of ''no make up'' make up

final one is BB Compact from lancome

it is a high spf sunscreen bb cream

actually I don't like bb cream formula as it is always sticky on your face

this one is moisture but not sticky

lancome this line also have a blue package , it is sun screen only

I also really like it , it is more creamy

the sun screen I mentioned before is more watery

I like to use this blue tube for sun screen in winter too

I recommend this to all lazy girls if you only wanna use one product for sun screen and foundation

it is 3 colours concealer compact

you see this orange , I hit the pan and almost finish

this orange colour is perfect for dark under eye circle

after use this orange colour, and use the other 2 colours to cover it on top

it will brightening the under eye area and cover everything

but this one is more for night out or important dinner as it feel more make up than normal

as it is cream product , if you don't have a good skin day , it might see marks under your eyes

if you have a good skin day , definitely can try this product

even it is a new product, but I still like it so much , it is urban decay naked skin colour corrector

m color is peach, it is more orange color for blue under eye circle

it is really smooth and thin ,you thought it will be thick then you see it, but it is not

it is so easy and smooth to apply

specially when you use beauty blender, it is perfect match !

and also I bought is online is cheaper than buy it in hk , so happy to tried this one this year

the last one is also famous in youtube ,it is too faced born this way natural radiant concealer

it is quite thin, the color is good for me and smell like coconut

it is more watery, If you prefer medium coverage , I would recommend this

it doesn't feel you put a lot of mask up when you use this one

face powder category .... lets talk about this 3 products

most like is this one , by Terry moisture powder

it feels no powder on your face when i apply it

when my have a bad skin day, after I apply this, Il don't have caky , powder mark etc

and also it is translucent, it won't change my original foundation colour

but I have to say this powder this more pricy rage, I only buy it when I am in Paris Sephora , it is more cheaper than hk

hk is around $5xx hkd, france is around $3xx, so it is so much cheaper in france

when I go to france , I need to stock up this one

second powder is also my fav, it is Three powder

it looks like this, as I don't have the package and it only have Japanese on the back

it is also really smooth

it also doesn't feel a lot of powder on my face when I use it

compare to by Terry , it still feels like powder but still feel silky

Three is good for summer , by Terry is good for winter , as by Terry is not dry at all

and I wanna show you this puff , it is like made by silk , it feels so smooth

and it has a powder filter inside, even you use a blush , the powder won't fly away everywhere

so I can control the among perfectly

FAV powder compact is bourjois health mix ,colour is 53 light beige

I was really dark after I come back from Bali

after than my skin color is 1 tone darker

all my foundation is not fit for my skin tone, so I need a darker powder to balance it

so this no.53 is good for my skin tone after sun tan

it smells fruity , touch silky and smooth

it cost around $100 for one , it is good to invest one to try

I think is really good for lower budget or student for using this product

as the rest of 2 are high end brand

my fd bought this to me from Bangkok , it is a big shopping mall and it is cheaper than hk

if you travel in Thailand , try to buy one

for brow product I tried so many this year

as they have a lot of product come out and everyone seems really good

the first 6 months of 2016 mostly using is this one: sheseido eye brow pencil , my color is no.3 brown

but what I have is no.2 color grey , sorry...

anyway , it looks like this, really cheap and short package , it is only cost $20hkd

you can buy it in some small cosmetic shop or in Japan

I asked my friend bought me like 10 pieces when she is in Japan, and I always finish all of them

after using for 6 months , I felt boring for this, so I change for some new lover

I used for 3 months and I love it so much

even only 3 months , I will still put it at my fav

after I used this for my brow, it is perfect to do video shooting or photos taking

but this one is not for dairy using as it is really pagimenting

marcara and eye lash curler must be this perfect match

it is maybelline hyper curl volume expert water proof mascara

I am using this bad boy forever , I always use this as the base coat of my mascara

and after I use some other volume mascara on top

for eye lash curler , I use this one for ages ,and I still like it so much , I dont think I will change it in the coming years

this is beauty cottage eye lash curler

as they dont sell it in hk , I will ask any friends who are traveling in Thailand , and buy me some for stock

another mascara I like for 2016 is this one : too faced better than sex mascara

this is sample size, they have full size is bigger than this

the blush is bigger and it would make a lot of volume for your eye lash

after apply this , my eye lash feel really volume

I told my fd to buy it and she likes it so much too

but this one I only use it as second coat for my eye lash , as the base as mascara , it wouldn't hold my eye lash as it is more wet than maybelline

if your eye lash is not as weak as mine , you can try this one

for lip primer , my fav 2016 is M.A.C prep and prim

before I put the lip stick, I put this first for moisture the lips but not too greasy , the lip stick color still can stay on easily

for lip balm , moisture the lips part , I really like fresh sugar line

fresh sugar lip balm , it has SPF 15

it is good to use when you r under the sun

my fav colour is this : cherry , it is really red colour

when I put It on my lips , it is not super pigmenting,

and still super moisture and nursing

so impressive of this

and I will continue to buy this line as I can only finish this lip balm

and this line also have this product : sugar shine lip treatment

you can take it as lip gross but more close to lip balm function

it doesn't feel dry on my lips

and also really like this color , nude with a bit shimmer , but not too shiny

it is good for dairy using

my fav lip sticks are innsifree , they are look like this :

they have different formula , this 2 are previous formula : cream mellow lipstick

it is rich essence lip stick , it is so rich indeed

good colour pay off, I used this purple today , I like it so much

it doesn't seems really dark purple ,but with shiny effect , feel so comfortable

as I like it so much , I bought another formula to try is it all good quality

this one is real fit cream lip stick

it is more natural colour and match your own lip colour

it also really comfortable wearing as it has some oil in it

this is the autumn 2016 collection , I never stop using this when I got in my hand

after putting my brow pencil, I like to use this brow coat

as my brow colour are easy to off, and also I like to touch my hair

by adding some brow coat, it will never get off

so this one is BCL brow coat, you can buy it in Sasa

my fav mist for after make up is M.A.C prep and prime

after spray it on my face , it lock my make up well and also make my high light color more intense

sometime I wanna work with my eye shadow, I dip some eye shadow with the blush, and spray this on

and apply it on my eye , the color is bomb !

Why African Leaders Are Refusing To Give Up Power - Duration: 3:54.

In 2016, the African countries Djibouti, Gambia and Chad held elections.

The results largely came as expected.

In Djibouti, the incumbent President was re-elected for his fourth term—in Chad his fifth.

And although the opposition won in Gambia, incumbent president Yahya Jammeh refused to

concede, crushing hopes for the country's first ever peaceful transition of power.

This is an all too common trend is called "third termism", where many leaders extend

their presidential terms beyond reasonable limits, often overstaying their welcome.

For as long as many African countries have existed they have been plagued with rigged

elections, corruption and so-called sit-tight leaders.

So how exactly did the continent become so undemocratic?

Well, during the industrial revolution, European powers colonized roughly 90 percent of Africa,

drawing the borders that largely remain today.

Instead of ruling over their colonies directly, European countries instituted local politicians

to act as proxies.

Their purpose was to keep control of the population and ensure that natural resources were being

exploited to the colonizers' favor.

This resulted in an authoritarian, top-down approach to governance, and instilled the

idea that the only legitimate way to rule was by force.

After World War Two, Africa began to decolonize, and proxy-leaders were left to rule independently.

But by then, these leaders were largely distrusted by the people, as they were seen as members

of the elite and co-conspirators with former western colonizers.

After popular uprisings and in many cases, violent coup d'etats, the continent saw

an entirely new wave of leaders, many of whom had little or no political experience.

For instance in 1980, newly independent Zimbabwe elected former teacher and revolutionary Robert

Mugabe as its Prime Minister.

Seven years later, Zimbabwean parliament created a completely new role for Mugabe, combining

head of state, head of government and commander-in-chief.

After nearly four decades, 92-year-old Mugabe is still in power.

Many of these new leaders were former military commanders.

For instance Equatorial Guinea's president Obiang Nguema Mbasogo took power in 1979 after

ousting his uncle, who had transitioned the country out of the Spanish colonial government.

Like many other long-running African rulers, Obiang was initially considered to be more

just and humane than his predecessor.

However over the years, he turned Equatorial Guinea into what some consider to be the most

corrupt, oppressive and undemocratic country in the world.

Today, Obiang holds all governing power and is the world's longest serving president.

European colonizers not only left a precedent for authoritarianism and one party rule, but

they largely failed to prepare African nations for post-colonial autonomy.

Many countries didn't have proper institutions in place for governance and were left with

under-educated populations.

For instance when the Democratic Republic of Congo gained independence from Belgium

in 1960, the country had just 16 college graduates out of a population of more than 15 million

people.

When French colonizers left newly independent Guinea in 1958, they completely dismantled

the government and destroyed all paper documents, leaving new rulers with no structure whatsoever.

Following decolonization, Africa was largely left with inadequate infrastructure, lack

of financial resources, insecure governments and arbitrary borders surrounding rival ethnic

groups.

In order to pursue policies and restore order, most African governments consolidated power

into the highest office, even if that leader was undereducated and ill-fit for the challenges

that lay ahead.

Although colonialism has been gone for the better part of a century, its implications

still plague African politics today.

While ruling for decades in the highest office, many of Africa's sit-tight leaders have

become excessively wealthy, benefitting from kick-backs, money laundering or other corruption

schemes.

Several initiatives have been proposed to tackle widespread corruption in Africa, but

can the problem really be fixed?

Find out in this video.

The researchers expected corruption to fall, but the exact opposite ended up happening.

Police officers would stop drivers more often in an attempt to extort even more money than

before, an increase in roughly 25 percent.

We need:

...heart template...

...pencil...

...glue...

...scissors...

...and red paper.

Redraw heart on a paper about 36 times. Cut them.

Fold all the hearts in a half.

Glue 2 hearts together.

Glue another heart.

Glue all the hearts together in the same way.

Finally, glue the first heart with the last heart.

And it's done.

This is really cool decoration.

You can attach it to thread and hang it.

It can be a nice gift for someone.

You can write a few words inside the heart.

#InspireKaty Episode 3 - A quick meet up with Inspire's keynote speaker Chris Liotta - Duration: 2:40.

Hey it's Katy again.

Glad ya'll are following my story on this video blog. Cus I want you to be inspired.

I also want to invite you again to our Inspire conference Festival of Hope March 3rd and 4th.

Guess who I ran into today? Chris Liotta. He's gonna be our keynote speaker for the Inspire conference.

I've got a story of hope myself.

My son...

Was diagnosed with Osteoma. It's some small tumors on his spine.

This was at a time for me in ministry when some things were picking up.

I was doing a little traveling over seas. Getting ready to minister for a couple weeks in Libera.

And I was really seeing signs and wonders begin to open up in ministry.

Healings and different deliverance, things like that.

So...Right in the middle of all that my son gets diagnosed, and then it's a quick surgery

that's gonna take place because this was on his spine in December. And I was leaving in November

of 2009. And so I did. I left. I went to Liberia. My wife said, "Go, you're supposed to be there."

Ministered there. Saw amazing things happen. God was pouring out, and there were people being healed and deliverances, things like that.

It was really an amazing time, and I became convinced in my heart, "Man my son is gonna be healed.

He's not gonna need that surgery." I was so excited.

I went back home on a high with that faith,

and prayed and prayed and prayed. And my son still needed the surgery.

And I gotta tell you there was ways in which I felt kind of devestated.

I felt like the second rate son. Ya know, I was a little bit of that angry older brother outside pouting and saying,

"Lord know why not my son? Why all these things, these miracles else where?

And in the midst of that I really heard the Father's voice say to me, "Yeah why not my son?

Why not my son?"

And man it really hit me to the core.

I realized that I was complaining that my son was having to go through a suffering time while I was pouring out

for others. And here he was telling me, "Chris my son was going through a suffering time

while I was pouring out for others."

It really hit me in the core.

And that scripture came alive for me. Romans 5:5.

That scripture came alive where He said,

"And hope does not disappoint because the love of God has been shed abroad in our hearts."

And I felt the love of God come in.

And I began to associate myself with the father in a way like never before.

And that hope. And that the love of God that anchored that hope in my life.

And it's lasted. It's stayed with me. It stays with me forever.
