day of my travel

Yesterday, I

was really tired after went back to ICA

So I slept just after coming back to my hotel

The park behind me is

Miraflores park

In Korean TV show named 꽃보다청춘

People in that show took a rest in that park

Neat this street

flyinghotdog and hotels

you can see everywhere

shown in that show

anyway

I will look around LIMA

4~5 hours from now

and travel to CUSCO

That store behind is

named LA LUCHA

which is really famous with the burger

In Korean TV show, 유희열

visited that store

accidently

That is really delicious

You have to go there

Price is around $8?

This is the

LIMA international airport

I will go to CUSCO

by flight at 5:20PM

to go to Machu Picchu

There is so many

beautiful placed in LIMA and ICA

but I don't have enough time

I want to see more ,,

1 hour by flight

First destination to go to

Machu Picchu

I thought here is very small city

but it is really big city

I really surprised

As you can see

So many houses near the mountain

So nightview is really nice

Most of the people

feel high-attitude medical problem

because it is more than 3000M high

I am OK now

but I need to have a time to rest

and

There is 2 ways to go to CUSCO

1st is flight

1 hour

2nd is take a bus

it is around 16 hours

I don't have enough time

So I choose the flight

and

I need to go to hotel

Really cute

Today's schedule is

look around the CUSCO

and ready to go to Machu Picchu

yesterday

I slept in hotel

because I worried about

high attitude problem

So now, I am OK

but really tired even I just walk 5 minutes

This city is really beautiful

This is the main street

Like a Seville in Spain

Of course I didn't go there before

anyway

City is really beautiful

I will travel CUSCO perfectly

in today

and I will travel to Machu Picchu

tomorrow

So let's travel CUSCO together

Having The Courage To Let Go.

Thankfully we are receiving much support and encouragement to let go of that which no longer

supports us, that which no longer resonates with love and our version of joy.

We are encouraged to ask, �Do I feel good when in the company of this person?�; �Do

I feel good in this situation?� If the answer is no, we are championed to let them or it

go.

Generously we are reminded that none of this is personal, that it is merely a function

of the laws of physics.

Feeling �good� and feeling �love� is a higher vibration then the alternatives.

We are reminded that to truly be in service means remaining in the highest vibration possible,

remaining engaged with people and situations supporting that vibrational frequency.

If we choose to remain engaged with people and situations where love, peace and joy are

not being felt means we are choosing to lower our vibrational frequency in order to remain

engaged.

This is just physics.

This is just the way it IS.

May my personal journey with this be of some help, offer a measure of encouragement, give

peace and hope to those of you facing an invitation to let go.

I am currently estranged from my daughter and am forbidden any contact with my grandchildren

who I deeply adore and who deeply adore me.

My crime?� I choose to live in joy and peace instead of continuing to engage in situations

that are no longer tolerable or supportive.

Over a period of six months, I started saying no.

I started having respect for myself.

I began to see that I have value in who I am, just as I am.

I began, with very small steps at first, to take back control of my life, to reclaim my

self-respect, to value myself as a unique, quirky, loving, playful individual.

Having a mother that was no longer �controllable� was not within my daughter�s comfort zone.

When fractures began appearing in our relationship, I invited my daughter to work together in

finding a compromise where we both felt heard.

I asked for discussions, I pleaded for mutual understanding.

It was all for naught.

Over and over I was told that 100% compliance was my only option.

The consummate rebel in me came to life and reared her head finally saying �no�!

Thus, I was punished.

My son charged me with being a narcissist.

(FYI� narcissists do not desire compromise or understanding.

They care only about and will use whatever means necessary to ensure 100% submission

and conformity).

My daughter completely cut me off.

I have, over the months, reached out on a number of occasions � Nothing.

Finally I decided to respect her wishes and walk away.

Before Christmas I received a text from my daughter saying that the �distance between

us was due to my lack of agreement.� My response was acknowledging that truth, but

I did add that lack of agreement in the past did not doom lack of agreement in the future.

We would never know if it is possible to find the place where we BOTH felt heard, loved,

understood and respected; not necessarily agreed with, but loved and respected in spite

of a diversity in experience, perception and belief if we didn�t give it a try.

Ooops� still not willing to surrender and comply so back to being punished was my fate.

Only my sisters and dad know all of the details.

They are chomping at the bit to intervene and, to use a good �ole Texas phrase, jerk

a knot in my daughter�s tail.

Out of love and respect for me, for my wishes, they are reluctantly refraining from taking

action.

Has this been easy?

NO!

Has this been painful?

YOU BET!

Am I tempted to cave and submit to her demands?

ABSOLUTELY NOT�.

I will die first.

My stance is not out of stubbornness and neither is it born from narcissism.

It comes from seeing and believing in the bigger picture.

Love.

This situation has taught me more about love and respect then everything in my 64 years

combined.

I feel more unconditional love for my daughter than I ever thought possible and it continues

to grow daily.

I feel far more connected to my grandchildren than ever before.

I completely respect my daughter�s right to carry whatever belief she chooses to have

about me.

I honor and bow to her choice to cut me out of her life as well as withhold her children

from the loving arms of their grandmother.

I will forever fight for her right to have whatever definitions, beliefs and perceptions

she chooses regardless of the �cost� to me personally.

The most loving thing I can do, the most important action I can take for myself, my daughter,

my grandchildren and for all of creation is to hold my highest vibration, to express every

aspect of my unique, quirky, loving, playful self because that is how the unconditional

love from and of Source moves through me.

I am deeply humbled and overcome with gratitude for this dance, journey, experience and gift

my daughter has given me.

She is responsible for my courage to be ok with being me.

Her actions forced me to first find and then stand in my core essence and truth.

My daughter gave me the greatest gift of all: the freedom to be myself.

All the articles published thus far through in5D from me have sprung from what I have

learned through this process with her.

She has polished, purified and transformed my life.

She has proven that regardless of outer appearances, there is only Love.

I implore each of you� trust what is being written about letting go of what lowers your

vibration.

Believe it will be alright in the end.

Have no fear because love and connection just IS.

It can NEVER be severed or taken away from you!

Know beyond a shadow of a doubt that letting go will burn away ALL illusions of separation

and leave you standing as a burning flame of love in the darkness.

Years ago someone told me that if you catch on fire with enthusiasm, people will come

from miles around to watch you burn.

Watch me burn!

I choose and will always choose love and joy.

Allow the warmth from my fire to quicken your heart and melt the chains of fear.

These chains are only an illusion.

Know my flames stand as a testament to the fact that nothing� NOTHING exists but Love!

Easy On The Go Makeup Tutorial - Duration: 4:29.

hey guys this is going to be a really quick

and easy get ready with me let's

start off with foundation i am using

luminous skin by japonesque the lightest shade

concealer i don't remember which one that

was ill link it in the description box onto

baking let it sit for five minutes and

then remove it for the bit of attitude

apparently

okay onto my favorite part i'm going

to be using a bronzer by mac called

bronze and then anastasia Beverly

Hills java to sculpt out those

cheekbones hide that double chin

shrinken that forehead the blush I'm using is

by milani its called corollina

its honestly one of my favourites

now I don't know why it's not showing up

on camera as much but it is pretty

pigmented ok so now i'm just going to

spend probably 15 minutes 5 seconds for

you guys but 15 in real life to blush

BLEND everything out

for my highlight i used everyone's favorite

marry lou manizer by the balm it is an

amazing product okay for my brows i honestly

just use the same java bronzer because

i could not find anything else and i

had to be at the door in 15 minutes okay so on the eyes

first I'm going to be using a loose

pigment by mac called rose

and i actually think i stole this from my mum

but anyways I'm going to keep a reallly light hand

with this because I don't want it to be like

in your face pink so after that I am

going to blend it out with another

eyeshadow my mac called wedge

right now you just see me placing it where i want it

and i kinda just messed it up but we going to

ignore that, so i just keep adding more color and

blending as i go until i like the way that it looks

next up i added another color called

charcoal brown just to darken up the

crease a little bit and here i am dancing...

no idea why

okay time for the lower lash line I'm

basically just going to repeat the same

process add Wedge blend it out add

charcoal brown, blend it out

ok to clean everything i am going to

use the bannana shade from the anastasia

beverley hills contour pallet and just apply

it underneath my browbone clean up the

harsh edges of the eyeshadow with it

just like blend everything out next up is the

great lash mascara if you follow me on

instagram you know how much i love this

product also guys I'm sorry that um

my clothes have loose powder all over them

and my hair looks home less but it just

wasn't a good day and nothing was

working out the background kept

getting messed up my hair looked like

shit

yeah this video was actually supposed to be

something completely different but things

just didnt end up working out so that video will

hopefully be up soon so stay tuned

the gloss im using i actually got in a goody bag

at this event and the name has already wore off
